Returns and exchange


All return shipments will be at the client's expense. Returns require the following prerequisites:

  • Return notification is within 14 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in pristine condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached.
  • All merchandise to be returned must be sent in one complete package.
  • All return shipments are made solely using the same service as the original delivery (DHL or DHL Express) using the way bill or return sticker that we will send you by e-mail upon request. The necessary documents and instructions for returning items need to be requested by us.


We can only accept returns with all above conditions met.

Please be aware that 10 - 14 days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund.

We will reimburse your cost for the return shipment within the European Union together with the refund. Refunds are made in Euro and potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
